Research
I needed to understand the character of the brick and mortar store so I visited and spoke with staff and customers. I also checked out the store's social media feeds, youtube videos, and yelp reviews.

User flows
We were given personas to work with and I chose to focus first on the least tech savvy user. It is often the case that if you focus on the person who needs the most help the rest will follow. I created user flows to show her experience in-store and online.

Game Chooser
I designed a pop-up game chooser to facilitate game selection.
User testing
I had several users try out the wireframe prototype and used their feedback to inform next iterations.
